I have this Forever 21 scarf, and have received numerous compliments when I wear it. The price is amazing, and there are other color options available!
You can also see Ruche's version here. It's a lovely pink color, which F21 doesn't offer. Other than that, the two scarves are very similar! And while $23 is in no way breaking the bank, you could get all four F21 colors for the same price :)
