I reached my 10 pound goal last night, after only 5 weeks of Weight Watchers!
Last night, my leader talked about the importance of liquids in our plan. Even though WW has approved coffee, diet sodas, and juices to count as a liquid, she (and I agree) thinks it should still be only water that fills the requirements. Since I started WW I have been drinking my daily share of water...WW says 6 8-ounce glasses of liquid (48 oz), but I drink closer to 130 ounces of water throughout the day. And let me tell you, it has made ALL the difference! Not only for my diet, but also with my skin, hair, nails, etc.
If you are not drinking enough water, I want to challenge you to try and step it up this month! You'll feel better, look better, and lose weight!
