Oops, I Did it Again!

Hi Lovelies! Happy Friday! Once again, I'm sorry for my unintentional blogging break {I sound like a broken record}. Lots and lots has been going on since I last posted so this is going to be a hodge podge of my life the past couple of weeks...get ready...get set...GO!

♥♥♥
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

First off, I wanted to mention my New Year's Resolutions and where I stand with all of them:
  1. Be healthier. I am learning that when I eat healthier, I feel better. I'm cooking a lot and it's fun to try new recipes. I haven't had take out or fast food in quite a while and it feels good.
  2. Budget. I am getting nowhere with this one. Seriously, it's baaaaaad.
  3. Travel. This month I took an awesome trip to San Francisco. This weekend I'll be in San Diego, the next weekend is Las Vegas, and the first weekend in March will be a getaway to Laguna Beach. So I guess I'm doing well with this resolution {hence why my budget thing is not working...}
  4. Enjoy exercise. I am working on this one! I joined 24 Hour Fitness and I really look forward to working out in the evenings. I also am enjoying spin class every week.
  5. Do things that make me happy. Yes, Yes, and Yes!
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I mentioned that I went to San Francisco! I have wanted to go there since I moved here, so it was really exciting for me! I had the best time and really didn't want to leave :(

On the cable car!

Scariest moment of my life - walking the GGB

Pretty view from Vista Point

Love the cable cars and the hills!

With the one that made the trip all worthwhile
{{that's a story for another day}}

Let's see, what else?

I'm super excited about my Las Vegas trip next weekend because I get to see:

MOM and DAD!!!

That's it! Have a great weekend friends :)

Hi friend! That is so great you’ve been doing well with the health kick. I’ve been trying to do the same and I just don’t feel as sluggish and I don’t want to eat a bunch of bad stuff anymore. That is awesome that you’ve been traveling and also have other fun trips planned. I am always looking to getaway somewhere.

I would love to go to San Francisco. I’ve heard what a wonderful city it is. I love the photo of you at Vista Point…beautiful. I can’t wait to hear the story about the one that made the trip worthwhile ;)

Have a great time in Vegas…XOXO

Ummmmm...I know this won't help the finances but I can help you rack up some more traveling experience!

Can we please catch up this weekend?! I think that we have a few things to talk about.

And seriously -- it's about time we redid the blog.

Biking over the GGB was one of the scariest things I have ever done, and walking would have taken much longer and made me MUCH more nervous. Glad you had a great time- I love that city!!

Anglea, I've missed you! Sounds like you're having a great time. If you want to add San Antonio to your list of travel destinations, I would love to have you. You always have a place to stay in Texas!

Oooh I love that picture at the top too. So glad you had a good time in San Fran! I can't wait to visit that city when we move to CA in August. {Isn't it crazy that it seemed so far off when you and I first met and now its less than 6 months away??}

And can't wait to hear about "the one that made the trip worthwhile"!!!

It looks like you had a great time! I love San Francisco. The bridges are sooo much fun to run on. I think the best part is walking everywhere!

I've been trying to master the whole budget thing too. A trip to NYC pretty much killed that for this month. Ah ha ha

Unintentional blogging break...sounds way to familiar around my neck of the woods! Work just cuts into that blogging time, somehow.

I love your 5 New Year's resolutions! especially the being healthier, travel and happy goals...budget here is pretty good...exercise for me personally...um...a wee bit lacking!

Blessings & Aloha!
I have something for you...and even if you are an award free blogger or have had this one given to you already...just know that I was thinking of ya! Please come and take a peek at what it is...
